LG G5 F700s showing only 2.7gb total ram?

I have an issue with LG G5 F700s its showing only 2.7gb total ram.when I checked CPU-Z its snapdragonn 820 so its not possible that its LG G5 SE can anyone please help me and provide a solution
Software version is F700s10k
