I need help with lg g4 h815 (lte problems)

So since i have the phone the lte bands are not working, i dont know why, but the thing is that when i do the field test>modem settings >lte band section, all the bands dont work, just say fail.
So i try to unlocking lte by dfs cdma tool, but no lte tab was displayed only the gsm and wcdma(and all the bands checked). What can i do to get lte working?
