Huawei Y560-L01 Bricked

Hi my phone propably pricked... when im turning on phone i see huawei logo only for one second...
When i connet phone to usb i see only "Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 900E"
i tried go in to recovery and fastboot mode...
How to unbrick this phone?
